Working with Anthony takes the stress out of both the selling and buying process.  As a seller, Anthony sold my home in less than 2 weeks for the highest price per sq. ft. in my neighborhood at that time. He provided honest feedback and made the transaction easy for me as I was relocating outside Florida.  Upon returning a few years later, I turned to Anthony with a near impossible ask…to find me a buildable lot in an established neighborhood with very few properties on the market and even fewer meeting my desire to build new.  He was very responsive to showing me the addresses I sent him but the key to success was Anthony’s knowledge of properties not yet on the market. That knowledge only comes with many years of experience and an extensive network of previous happy clients.  He found not just one but two (adjacent) lots that allowed me to build a home with each item on the wish list.

Anthony Consalvo goes above and beyond in service, negotiation, fairness, and honesty.  And he is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about Winter Park and the Orlando area, including coastal towns.  We have dealt with Anthony in the last 15 years in three home sales and one home purchase.  He is an absolute professional!!!

Anthony Consolvo is the BEST!

I met him many years ago and have continued to use him ever since.  He is honest always trying to do what is best for you and not necessarily what is good for him.  His knowledge and professionalism  is stellar.  He has never let me down and has always exceeded my expectations.
