Meet Kris Crosby! Kris spent her formative years in the scenic locale of Winter Park, where she developed a strong affinity for the area’s natural beauty and vibrant community. After graduating from Stetson University, Kris entered real estate, securing a position with Don Saunders Realty in 1979.

After a brief hiatus, Kris returned to Don Saunders in 1997, eager to continue honing her skills in the industry. However, the company eventually sold to Coldwell Banker, where Kris remained an integral part of the team until her recent relocation to Florida One Real Estate in 2022. Kris has the drive, determination, and knowledge to help anyone through buying or selling a home.
