Meet Kelli

Kelli has 20-plus years of real estate sales experience. During her first years in real estate, she focused on luxury mountain homes, exclusive ranches, and fly-fishing properties in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. In addition to working with all types of residential properties, her experience includes working with land conservation groups, facilitating conservation easements for ranch owners, and dealing with water rights issues. Further, she worked at developing subdivisions and condominium properties, assisted with condominium conversions, and facilitated complex real estate exchanges.
 
Kelli moved to Central Florida in 2008 with her husband and daughter. They have lived in the Winter Park and Oviedo areas ever since. She and her family host European high school exchange students during the school year. She is also active in her daughter’s school’s parent organization and arts program.
